RATIONALE OF THE PROJECT

This project is being proposed to Barangay Sampaga,

Batangas City to enhance the community development, to
do environmental practices, to develop well-being of the
residents of the community
Description of the Project

This project will provide activities such as clean-up drive,

seminars, drug campaigns, and health programs that aims to
the development of community and the development. Also,
this project will help to encourage the people of the
community to unite as one to maintain its peacefulness and
to improve the community as it considers as the developing
community.
Objectives
1 General objectives
The main goal of this project is to offer
barangay services through different
activities that will help to maintain the
overall peace of the community
considering the continuous changes in
the Barangay.
2 Specific objectives
To develop and bring sustainable
development of the barangay
through proper waste segregation
and planting trees
To enhance their social and physical
skills through different social
activities and games.
To campaign about the timely and
relevant cause and effects of drugs.

Financial Plan
Each members of the group are expected to contribute an equal
amount to get the aimed amount of budget for financing the entire
project. Funds will come from the daily contribution of the group.
If ever the funds are still short, members will then be asked to
solicit from anyone of their choice, as fund raising for the said
project. Also, the proponents will seek for the sponsorship with
the cooperating agency.
 Plans for Ensuring the Sustainability of the Project

Guarantee the financial stability of the whole project through expanding the allotted fund.
Securing the safety of the participants in entire execution of the said project.
Will maintain to strengthen the collaboration to the other agencies and LGU’s that can
provide assistance for the future off-campus activities like this project.
The project aims to maintain the peace of the community as well as the people of it.
Assuring that all the learning and knowledge can apply in the future
