Subject: Sub-contract Agreement for Fabrication, Installation Steel Bar (G40 & G60)
Formwork and Concreting works for SMDC Grace Residences Project.

Gentleman:
As per previous discussion. we herby issue the order for the following items from you. Please strictly
follow the attached construction schedule (15 days per floor to complete install) complete the work
based on standard which is subject to approval by OWNER.
DESCRIPTION UNIT UNIT PRICE REMARKS
Sub-contractor shall provide all the
P4.256/kg necessary manpower, equipments, and

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 This agreement is Unit price basis. Payment is subject to actual installed quantity time above
unit price. Any cutting/bending shall be subjected to prior approval; otherwise, the wrong
cutting/bending caused expenses shall be shouldered by sub-contractor.
 Subcontractor to provide bender, cutter for fabrication of steel bar, tie wires, electricity and
consumables etc, shall be provided by sub-contractor.
 Workmanship shall comply with standard requirement, specification, plan, drawing and
instruction given by Huayou engineers, Safety hamlets, safety belts, shoes, etc. with related
to his work shall be provided by sub-con.
 Terms of payment: No down payment, progress payment every 14 days. Subcon shall submit
progress billing atleast three working days before expected payment which is subject for
evaluation by Huayou. Five percent (5%) retention will be released after acceptance by
Owner.
 Warranty for workmanship is one year since taken over by Owner.
 Sub-contractor shall provide barracks for his labor group.
 The above price is VAT INCLUSIVE price.
