1 POST TENSIONING WORK
1.1

Preparing shop drawing, obtaining approval from RCC

consultants,Execution of Post Tensioning works in flat slab for the
super imposed loading 5.5 KN / Sqm . including decoiling the
strands, hoisting,shifting to required location,cutting to the required
lengths, supplying and laying of HT strands( TATA make ) sheathing
(GI corrugated ducts 80mm x 20 mm 0.30 mm thick) jointing with
couplers, and inserting the strands, profiling, fixing live end
anchorages including the supply of stressing anchorages suitable for
5-5 & 5-4 Tendons, grout vents, making dead end anchorages
including flowering the strands, fixing tendon support bars,
supervising the fixing of anti bursting reinforcement, stressing the
Sqm 12000
cables, end trimming, grouting the cables with cement and approved
admixtures, with required Plant & Machineries, tools and tackles,
consumables etc., including demarcation on soffit of the slab with
100 mm wide red paint indicating cable profiles, including obtaining
approval from client/consultant for the work done as per the
requirement of Project Manager at site.
Note: All the Material/Labour/Consumables, ,Grout
etc/machineries required for complete execution of the Post
Tensioning works shall be to contractor's Account . (Cement
will be supplied Free of cost by client)
