of works including site and work preparation i.e. Sum
temporary water and power, procedure of works,
provide all plant and equipment required for the
works, temporary protection
iii) Clearing, cleaning and making good on completion

Rate for in situ concrete designed mix shall be deemed
to include placing and compaction of concrete.

3 Formwork
Rate for formwork shall be deemed to include the
projections and intrusions and any temporary staging
required.

Rate for reinforcement shall be deemed to include
labour for cutting, bending, and placing.

*Notes (Shall be read for all item inside this bills of quantities)
1. All Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) / building/ infrastructure/project
components works shall functioning/working well and shall serve its
purposes
2. All M&E/building specifications shall follow JKR and MS standard
or equivalent/ relevant standard
3. All works procedure at all time shall follow JKR & MS standard or
other relevant standard and if any related approved by professional
engineer with practicing certificate before commencment of works.
4. Contractor shall take responsibilty themselves during construction
works until completion of this project of any risk taken
5. All workers shall have valid registration and requirement to
conduct specific task/works according to CIDB, JKR, and other related
local authority requirements
6.If none other stated in this bills of quantities, all brand and material
shall have valid certification from local authorities and standard and
valid liability period.
7(a).Contractor at all time shall satisfy client (KO-Nelayan) quality,
wormanship, instructions for any related works and project
component for this projects.
7(b).Contractors at all time shall refer to KO-Nelayan officer before
proceed for execution of works in oder to satisfy project components
8. Contractor shall follow local authorities S.O.P and relevant
standard during commencement of this project (During this
pandemic COVID 19)
9. Contractor shall at all time bound by rules, regulations and
instruction from KO-Nelayan, contractor have no obligation regarding
to overpowered client (KO-Nelayan) of any charges, complaint and
other related law measurement
10. This Bills of Quantities reads junction with attached drawings(if
any related)
11. If any discprencacies, queries or improvement regarding
specification during construction, contractor shall liase with KO-
Nelayan officer before proceed for execution
