Event (I) :Just A Minute

Eligibility: (Classes) : VI-VII

General guidelines:

● A topic will be allotted and the participants need to speak on the

spot for a minute. They will be judged on the number of valid points
made.

● Oratory skills

Eligibility: Classes : IX-X

General guidelines:
 ● The legislative debate aims to provide the participants a platform to
deliver their views , collaborate and formulate solutions.
● The Rules of Procedure and the Agenda will be shared on 5 August
2021.

Judgement Criteria:

● Research and analysis and portfolio representation

● The debate will be held online in accord to the general format .

● The topics for the debate will be released on the Discord Server.

● Originality

Event (I) : Declamation

Eligibility : Classes VI-VIII

No. of participants : 2 per team

No. of teams per school : 1

General guidelines:

● The event provides young minds with a platform to put their views
forward.
● The students will be provided with prompts on 21st July 2021.
● They are required to make a 1 minute long video on the same.

Judgement Criteria:

● Content and presentation

● Creativity
● Originality
● Oratory Skills

Entries are to be mailed at socratesdpsdwarka@gmail.com by 5th August

2021.
