SUBJECT : P-TRAP INSTALLATION|BOTTLE TRAP ISSUE

Due to the deviation on the APPROVED MATERIAL SPECIFICATION AND APPROVED BOM AND BOQ and the
improper installation of P-Trap for Kitchen Sink (KSK) (See Figure 1.1). In which the supposedly installed P-Trap- 2”
Orange PVC – P-TRAP (Figure 2.1).

We highly recommend that exact Material, Fixture, Appurtenances and the like should be in accordance to the
Approved Plan, Approved Specification and Approved BOM/BOQ and other pertinent documents.

GENERAL NOTES
1. ALL MATERIALS pertaining to Plan stipulation and implementation MUST BE in FULL ACCORDANCE TO THE APPROVED
MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS and APPROVED BILL OF MATERIALS (BOM) and BILL OF QUANTITIES (BOQ). NO DEVIATION
is allowed, unless with a validated proposal for variance.
2. For Future and Pending for Construction – Utilize 2” dia. ORANGE PVC P-TRAP for Kitchen Sink (KSK) and
Floor Drain (FD). As per Plan, Specification and BOM/BOQ.
3. For Existing – On-Site Operations should assess if installed Bottle Traps are possible to rectify.
4. On Going Construction – Utilize 2” dia. ORANGE PVC P-TRAP for Kitchen Sink (KSK) and Floor Drain (FD).
a. In cases where Bottle Trap is already installed and is under the status of (On Going). Rectification
is highly recommended.
5. This is Memo is applicable for LESSANDRA and CAMELLA HOUSES respectively. Specific on KSK.
