Objectives: The intended of this procedure is safe Chemical use, safe Chemical Storage and
inventory.

Introduction: A fundamental requirement of management systems is documentation. A chemical

management plan need not to be a single document, but rather may be a collection of related
documents which are intended to achieve various aspects of the same objectives: the safe
management of hazardous chemicals at the factory.

management & use at Factory. This company has burning desire for developing & to safe
environment.

Major elements of the plan is below,

→Selection and purchase of chemicals

→Delivery and receipt of chemicals

→SDS and other information

→Chemical storage and inventory

→Chemical transfers and transport within the factory

→Chemical use

→Disposal and /or Discharge

→Empty chemical containers

We have a chemical management team who look after fulfilling the intended of this chemical
management plan.

Responsibility of team member:

Director (Operation): He is the Chairman of our management team. He looks after all
chemical management till purchase to disposal. If any kinds of policy don’t maintain in management,
he take corrective action to this.

AGM (Store): He looks after Asst. manager, officer of store and secures chemical management in
store at factory. Otherwise He takes action if any fault.

AGM (HR & Compliance): He is responsible for administration related work. He maintains
discipline at factory by communicating with all people. If any corruption/indiscipline work found in
factory, immediately take necessary steps for this. Otherwise he will ensure PPE use, health & safety,
Environment according to national law.

Manager (purchase): He is responsible for purchasing all chemical. At first he choose

nominated supplier from where will purchase chemical. Because there are many problems in
purchasing detox chemical. So he first choose supplier than purchase.

Chemist: At first check according to rules, proper leveling (including: Company name & address,
product name, signal word, hazard statement, precautionary measures & pictograms, first aid
statement, supplemental information, nominal quantity, Batch number, Manufacturing & Expiry
date).Than see the MSDS of the product are 16 points, have or not. Test purity of this chemical, if ok
then give bulk production. Chemist will ensure all management of chemical. Chemist will have to be
trained up worker & chemical handling staff for safe chemical management in factory. Chemist will
ensure PPE using of worker in the time of handling chemical.

Officer (Store): Store officer will ensure chemical in & out, Leveling, Simplified MSDS for each
chemical, First in First out, Log khata maintain, Spillage log khata maintain.

Executive (Store): He will look after to worker who handle chemical. Are they taking
appropriate product for production? They will ensure it. They will keep neat & clean chemical store,
sub store, weight balance of Sub store & spoon of several dyes.
