Sept ’19 – Current Executive Coordinator (Think Tank DMK party) Chennai, India
DPF, Official think tank of DMK, was co-founded by Dr PTR Thiaga Rajan, Head of the the DMK Party IT
wing, and current Finance Minister of Tamil Nadu. Subsequently I was appointed as one of the 3 execu-
tive co-ordinator. As one of the three executive coordinators of the forum my role entails the following:-
• Strategy: Prepared the draft strategy document of the organisation that included the vision &
mission, Growth strategy, Organisational Structure and Financial needs.

• Leadership: Recruited and trained 10 Administrative staff; Initiated recruitment process for ap-
pointment of various regional and district level office bearers.
• Branding: Created from scratch the branding material of the Organisation, that included creation
of Website, S/M handles and Print/ News Media articles. Through creative strategies DPF
gained 4000 members and 5000 plus followers in SM handles (Twitter) within one month

• Event Management: Organised regular webinars/ events with imminent personalities (Ministers/
Sr Civil Servants) on current political climate of the country;
• Consulting: Managed Preparation of policy reports, administrative reforms report and manifesto
report for the DMK Party (Ruling party of Tamil Nadu, A leading state in India);

• Raised capital for Sage-street impact funds through my network of Limited Partners and In-
vestors. Advised Luxembourg/ India based impact fund (Focussed on Agriculture & Food pro-
cessing) raise funds. Oversaw the identification, implementation and successful conclusion of
value enhancing opportunities for Funds established through SPVs.

May’11 – Mar 2020 Co-Owner/ Director CS Associates (P) Ltd Salem/ New Delhi, India

• Strategy: Took over CSAPL, then a small proprietorship company catering to the local popula-
tion around Salem, and transformed it into a Pan-India Infrastructure consulting company;

• Management/Leadership – Built and Managed a team of 80 people. Additional management

responsibilities included attending C-Suite meetings, interacting with customers, approving pur-
chase orders and managing crisis;

• Brand:Created brand re-positioning. Responsible for creating a new website cum marketing
brochures for the company;

• Audits – Oversaw the ISO certification process;

 • Business Development:Increased the value of projects under execution from INR 50 Crores
(EUR 6 Million) to over INR 4000 Crores ( EUR 0.6 Billion), a 1000% increase over the last 7
years;

• Partnerships- Established global partnerships with 5 companies in the EU; negotiated contracts
and oversaw regulatory affairs. Spearheaded a 51-49% JV company between A1 V2 Lisbon Por-
tugal and CS Associates :-A1V2- CS Associates (P) Ltd;

• Client Relations – Served as company contact for clients. Visited clients to assist in resolving
outstanding issues and bottlenecks.

● Innovation: Worked together with Austrian Professor Lutz Sparowitz, from Technological Uni-
versity of Graz, on a futuristic driverless, sustainable urban public transport solution for develop-
ing countries such as India, China etc.

● Responsible for fostering partnerships with decision makers in emerging markets and promot-
ing the idea to the decision makers.
