GENERAL GUIDELINES
1. Registration for the event will be done online using the link shared.

3. Team members need to have a Zoom account of their own. They will
be provided with a Zoom id which they need to log on for the event.
4. Participants should enter the competition on their own behalf and
entry by proxy will not be permitted.
5. Contestants should be dressed up in sports gear and refrain from
wearing inappropriate attire unsuitable for the school setting.
6. Phone numbers which can be added on WhatsApp and email ids of the
students participating should be clearly mentioned.
7. The decision of the Judges is final and abiding.

EVENT TYPE: Fit With Ball (Advance Crunches with ball)
Rules & Regulations:

Any ball like Basketball, football or softball can be used


Lie down on your back. Plant your feet on the floor, hip-width apart. Bend your knees.
Hold the basketball with your hands.
Keep the spine in proper alignment.
Exhale and lift your upper body, keeping your head and neck relaxed.
Inhale and return to the starting position

Judgement Criteria: - Maximum number of successful repetitions.

EVENT NAME: JUMP INTO JULY
Event TYPE-Skipping Rope with both leg jump
Rules & regulations: -

Both hands are roughly the same distance apart from the center line of your body and hold the
skipping rope.
Pull your feet back or tuck your knees in. You should keep your toes pointed down slightly on every
jump.
Time Duration: - 30 sec
Judgement Criteria: - Maximum number of successful repetitions.

Round III
EVENT NAME: RAISE THE BAR
Event TYPE-Four Star Circuits (Arm Plank with Ball, Star Jump, Reverse
Advance Crunches, Squats With Punches.

Rules & regulations:-

Perform 3 repetitions to each workout.


Total 4 Workouts.
Total repetitions 3X4=12 repetitions each set.
Time Duration: - 1 minute.
Judgement Criteria: - Maximum number of successful repetitions.
Arm Plank: Plant hands directly under shoulders (slightly wider than shoulder width) like you are
about to do a push-up. Ground toes into the floor to stabilize your body. Take a ball in one hand and
pass to the other hand at the same position.
Star Jump: Start in a quarter squat position with your back flat, feet together, and palms

touching the sides of your lower legs. Jump up, raising your arms and legs out to your sides

-air). Land softly with your feet together and immediately

lower yourself back into the starting position.

Reverse advance Crunches: You need to lie down on your hips and your legs should not touch

the ground at that time. Do the arm exhale (above legs) and inhale (below legs) with the help

of a rod or resistance band.

Squats With Punches: Start in a squat position, with your feet shoulder-width apart and

your toes pointing forward. As you stand up, punch with your both arms alternately. After

that, again squat and repeat the same.

EVENT NAME: ONE STEP AT A TIME
EVENT TYPE: HOPPING ON ONE LEG:
Rules and regulations:

The participants should set up in a comfortable athletic position with the feet at roughly shoulder
width apart and their arms by their sides.
The participants should shift their body weight to one leg and lift the unsupported leg off the
floor.
The participants should descend quickly to a quarter squat position and extend their arms behind
their torso.
The participants should drive upwards and land softly by absorbing the impact with the hips and
knees.
Participants should repeat for the maximum number of repetitions.
Equipment required: NO EQUIPMENT
Time duration: 30 second.
Judgement criteria: Maximum numbers of successful attempts will be counted

ROUND II
EVENT NAME: SHOOTING STARS
EVENT TYPE: THROW AND CATCH THE BALL

Rules and regulations:

The participants should throw a ball into the air, clap their hands and catch it.

Repeat for the maximum number of repetitions.

Equipment required: Tennis ball.


Time duration: 30 second.
Judgement criteria: Maximum numbers of successful attempts will be counted.

ROUND III
EVENT NAME: Skipsations
EVENT TYPE: SKIPPING ROPE

Rules and regulations:


The participant should jump on the midsoles of their feet and land softly.
The participant should maintain a tall, neutral spine.
The participant should use his/her wrists to turn the rope (not their elbows or shoulders)
The participant should perform in a rhythmic manner and continuous movement.

Equipment required: Skipping rope.


Time duration: No time limit.
Judgement criteria: Maximum time duration of a successful attempt will be counted.

ROUND I
EVENT NAME: BODY CONQUEST
EVENT TYPE: FLAMINGO BALANCE

Rules and regulations:

The participants should balance on the preferred leg, the free leg will be flexed at the knee and the
foot of this leg held close to the buttocks.
Pause the stopwatch at the time the subject loses balance (letting go of the foot being held).
Any participant will be disqualified, if he/she falls within 60 seconds of balancing.
Equipment Required: NO EQUIPMENTS
Time duration: 60 second.
Judgement criteria : Successful attempts of balancing will be recorded.
ROUND II
EVENT NAME: NO SPEED LIMIT
EVENT TYPE: PLATE TAPPING

Rules and regulations:

The participants should stand comfortably in front of the discs.


Participants should stand in a balanced posture, feet apart to shoulder width.
The two discs are placed with their centers 60 cm apart on the table.
The rectangle is placed equidistant between both discs.
The non-preferred hand is placed on the rectangle.
The subject moves the preferred hand back and forth between the discs over the hand in the middle
as quickly as possible.
This action is repeated for 25 full cycles (50 taps).
Equipment Required: Table, 2 discs (20cm diameter) and rectangle (30 x 20 cm).
Judgement criteria: The time taken to complete 25 cycles will be recorded. Consumption of minimum
time will be considered.

ROUND III
EVENT NAME: Inch by Inch
EVENT TYPE: PARTIAL CURL UP

Rules and regulations:

The participants should lie on a cushioned, flat, clean surface with knees flexed, usually at 90
degrees, with hands straight on the sides (palms facing downwards) closer to the ground, parallel to
the body.
The participants should raise the trunk in a smooth motion, keeping the arms in position, curling up
the desired amount (at least 6 inches above/along the ground towards the parallel strip). The trunk
is lowered back to the floor so that the shoulder blades or upper back t ouch the floor.
Infrastructure/Equipment Required: Flat clean surface with two parallel strips (6 inches apart)
Judgement criteria: Record the maximum number of Curl ups in a certain time period i.e., 30 seconds.

The participants should lay down on the surface.


The participants should shoot up the ball in the air and collect it with both hands.
The elbow should be straight and the wrist should be in hook position during the execution of the
Basketball.
The participants should repeat for the maximum number of repetitions.
Equipment Required: BASKETBALL (use 6 or 7 number size)
Time duration: 60 second.
Judgement criteria: Successful attempt of shoot up will be recorded
ROUND II
EVENT NAME: BASKET BUSTERS
EVENT TYPE: RIGHT HANDS SHOOTS UP
Rules and regulations:

The participants should lay down on the surface.


The participants should shoot up the ball in the air with their right hand and collect it with their
right hand only.
The elbow should be straight and the wrist should be in hook position during the execution of the
Basketball.
The participants should repeat for the maximum number of repetitions.
Equipment Required: BASKETBALL (use 6 or 7 number size)
