Dear Sir,

We have visited above mentioned site on April 06, 2021, to review completed foundation
excavation for building no. 7. This letter provides our founding strata approval for the
same.

At the time of our site visit, foundation excavation had been completed to depths of
approximately 6.2m to 6.8m below ground. Hard rock offering complete refusal to bucket
excavators is obtained at base of excavation.

Hard rock encountered at base of excavations is capable of providing adequate support for
foundations designed for a net allowable bearing capacity of 150 t/m2 in accordance with
our original geotechnical report.

Existing building piles should be completely removed/demolished upto bucket refusal hard
rock strata. Portion of demolished piles embedded in hard rock can be kept in place below
foundation level.
