DEED OF EXTRAJUDICIAL PARTITION

WITH PARTIAL WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT OF PARTITION WITH PARTIAL WAIVER OF RIGHTS is

hereby covenanted and entered into by and between:

SHARMAINE JOY S. LI, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Brgy.
San Guillermo, San Jacinto, Pangasinan.

-and-

SHAIRA S. LI, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Brgy. San
Guillermo, San Jacinto, Pangasinan.

WITNESSETH:

1. That the above-named Parties, together with Andrew James C. Abrera, are the
children and the sole heirs of the deceased GEORGE T. LI who died on May 8,
2021 at San Jacinto, Pangasinan, which was his residence at the time of his death. A
copy of the deceased Certificate of Death is attached hereto as Annex A and made an
integral part hereof;

2. That the said deceased died intestate, without leaving any will;

3. That the deceased left no debts;

4. That the deceased, together with his children, SHARMAINE JOY S. LI, ANDREW
JAMES C. ABRERA, and SHAIRA S. LI, owns shares of stock in San Vicente
Dressing Plant Corporation. The percentage of their ownership in the said
Corporation is as follows:

5. That pursuant to Section 1, Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court of the Philippines,
and the Parties herein, together with Andrew James C. Abrera, being all of age, they
have agreed to divide and adjudicate, unto themselves the 50% shares of stock of the
deceased stockholder, in the following partition:

SHARMAINE JOY S. LI 20% _______

ANDREW JAMES C. ABRERA 10% _______
SHAIRA S. LI 20% _______
Total 50%

6. That by reason of the aforecited partition, SHARMAINE JOY S. LI now owns 32%
shares of stock; ANDREW JAMES C. ABRERA now owns 32% shares of stock; and,
SHAIRA S. LI now owns 32% shares of stock in San Vicente Dressing Plant
Corporation;

7. That in consideration of the mutual love, respect, trust, fidelity, help, and affection
showered by the Parties upon each other, and as an act of love, gratitude and
liberality on their part, SHARMAINE JOY S. LI and SHAIRA S. LI hereby
 voluntarily GIVE, TRANSFER, WAIVE, QUITCLAIM, and CONVEY
UNCONDITIONALLY, by way of this document, unto
_____________________ their respective shares in the 50% shares of
stock/ownership of decedent GEORGE T. LI in San Vicente Dressing Plant
Corporation, free from all liens, encumbrances and charges of whatever kind;

8. That the Parties hereby affirm that they have executed the foregoing instrument out
of their own voluntary free will without force, intimidation or violence upon their
person, that they have hereby received their just and proper share and have no claim
and demand against each other.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

foregoing instrument, and they acknowledged to me that the same is their free act and
deed.

acknowledgement is written, has been signed at the left margin of each and every page
thereof by the parties and their witnesses, and sealed with my notarial seal.
