Greetings of Love and Peace!

Kindly be advised of the following change in the modality of our teaching-learning

process for the remaining weeks of the 2nd semester of the current school year ( 2020-
2021). SED will have to shift to FULL SYNCHRONOUS MODALITY beginning
next week May 31, 2021 up to the 17th week of the current semester. This change is
important so that we will not short change our students of the needed interactive
teaching-learning process especially that we are engaged in the distance learning
mode and to enhance their communicative teaching skills.

This is also the period where the observation of online classes will be conducted by
yours truly. Hence, it is expected that I am invited as a co-teacher/member in most
of your GClassrooms. Please do not change the meeting link indicated in your
classroom every time you will have your synchronous classes so I can easily enter
your room.

Further, please be reminded of the following details since this is going to be an

unannounced classroom visit:
• Always have your Class Records, Attendance Sheet, and Syllabi ready
• Through messenger, please send the copy of the said teaching paraphernalia
for the course observed
• You may or may not acknowledge my presence, but I will remain off-cam
• You may be observed twice in case the results of the first observation is not
satisfactory
• The Rubrics for Class Observation is attached to this memo for your reference
