Issue Description
_ Actual Power doubles as Setpoint
_ Atumatically change into Local, twice in 1 minute
_Commution between SCADA and PPC was lost at "local" or "remote" mode (The pink
column) every day
Sometimes SCADA responded the status of INV slowly (for example: after replacing IGBT,….,
INV already operated, the SCADA still didn’t show the power of INV on screen or when INV
already turned off, the SCADA still showed the power of INV on screen)
The screen of Sac2 (Slave) is frozen
SCBs of MVPS 4, 5 have been lost communication.
Root cause: port 1, 2, 5, 7 (MVPS4) and port 8 (MVPS5) of communication switch has been
damaged
2 HMI screens Master & Slave were on the blink
HMI SCADA didn't display value of INVs
Solution Recovery
_ 15-Dec: Emailed SMA, no response
9-Jan: SMA analyzed data
11-Jan: sent Service Information of INV to SMA
SMA changed Wgra to 1000 pu/s so INV will respond fastly to PPC
Nikhil changed "gradient set-point increase and gradient set-point decrease"
parameter to 10 MW/min
Avinash changed threshold of frequency to 50.5 Hz
Checked Ethernet gateway and reconnected the cable
Nikhil changed "gradient set-point decrease" parameter to 15 MW/min
