_13-Oct: After energize Tx6, there're some cracks on
Tx6, oil spilled and Tx was tripped. SMA filled the
cracks with soap, took the oil out of tx then welded the
cracks.
_14-Oct: SMA filled oil to Tx6, performed the oil
purification and did the test for Tx6.
_ 21-Oct: QT(SMA) performed Tx6 test.
_23-Oct: SMA exported IKI 30 Relay data from MVPS
6.
_13-Nov: Replaced the new TX
_14-Nov: Energized the TX with no load about 4
hours.

Issue Description
_ Actual Power doubles as Setpoint
_ Atumatically change into Local, twice in 1 minute

_Commution between SCADA and PPC was lost at "local" or "remote" mode (The pink
column) every day

Sometimes SCADA responded the status of INV slowly (for example: after replacing IGBT,….,
INV already operated, the SCADA still didn’t show the power of INV on screen or when INV
already turned off, the SCADA still showed the power of INV on screen)
The screen of Sac2 (Slave) is frozen
SCBs of MVPS 4, 5 have been lost communication.
Root cause: port 1, 2, 5, 7 (MVPS4) and port 8 (MVPS5) of communication switch has been
damaged

9-Jan: SMA analyzed data
11-Jan: sent Service Information of INV to SMA
SMA changed Wgra to 1000 pu/s so INV will respond fastly to PPC
Nikhil changed "gradient set-point increase and gradient set-point decrease"
parameter to 10 MW/min
Avinash changed threshold of frequency to 50.5 Hz
Checked Ethernet gateway and reconnected the cable
Nikhil changed "gradient set-point decrease" parameter to 15 MW/min

Connected SC30RIO from INV-slave 4 to INV-slave 7.

Disconnected one cable No. 1.16 at Q2 relay (STSD cabinet) and measured the voltages (cor
for all connected cable at Q1, Q2 relay.

Swapped the 2 terminal blocks and 2 Relays (STSD cabinet) between MVPS 6 and MVPS 7. T
MVPS 7 were currently used at MVPS 6.
MVPS 6 has operated normally.

Disconnected 1 cable No. 1.16 at Relay Q1 (STSD cabinet)

_23-Sep: Do vacuum
Turned off MVSG first and then released gases from DMCR by vacuum pump.
_ 12-Oct: SMA performed the oil treatment at Tx6

_13-Oct: After energize Tx6, there're some cracks on Tx6, oil spilled and Tx was tripped. SMA
cracks with soap, took the oil out of tx then welded the cracks.
_14-Oct: SMA filled oil to Tx6, performed the oil purification and did the test for Tx6.
_ 21-Oct: QT(SMA) performed Tx6 test.
_23-Oct: SMA exported IKI 30 Relay data from MVPS 6.
