    JANUARY 11 , 2021

    1. A prayer was led by Mrs. Madonna F. Tendero a grade 1 adviser.

    2. It was followed by a welcome message given by Mr. Rodolfo J. Villaflores A Head Teacher II of
    Lowason Elementary School, encouraging members of the LAC Session to listen the important
    matters TO BE discussed by Miss April Marie Baena a Kindergarten teacher for sharing her
    knowledge and expertise on the said topic.

    3. Ms Baena discussed the various details about SBM, that stresses the importance of the
    awareness how the school runs with SBM

    4. After which different needs in school is being checked or consulted.

    3. Ms. Sam discussed the various details about COT 2 that stresses the importance of the
    awareness of the importance documents to be submitted of the said topic. After which
    present documents were collected for verification purposes if it correct and accepted by
    the Division or according to the guidelines.
