based on the stimulus given.
 The stimulus contains a situation and three prompts relating to the
situation.
 Candidates must use all the prompts given and give reasons for their
point of view.

 Cohesive devices, sometimes called linking words, linkers,


connectors, discourse markers or transitional words.
 Cohesive devices are words or phrases that show the
relationship between paragraphs or sections of a text or
speech.
