TIME MONDAY TUESDAY - FRIDAY

7:30 – 9:00 Provide assistance in the cleaning of classroom, office &

school ground.

9:00 – 11:30 Assist in:

 Production/reproduction of SLMs, Activity Sheets, &

other Instructional Materials.
 Keeping of record of the learners’ progress based on
the formative assessments & submit the same to the
teacher for instructional decision.
Assist in the
 Determining the need for intervention strategies
Distribution and
based on the observation & tracking of the learners’

 Perform other tasks & functions related to the

 Clarify any difficulty or confusion that learners may
to parents/guardians
encounter in the lesson or learning tasks & coordinate
such concerns with the teacher concerned.
 Guide the learners/parents or guardian in the
observance of the prescribed protocols.
 Guide learners/parents or guardian in establishing
routines & procedures to manage time properly based
on the Home Class program prepared by the teacher
& to follow the time allotment for learning tasks.
 Monitor & track the learners’ accomplishment &
timely submission of all task requirements for
portfolio for the subject areas.
 Coordinate & communicate with the
parents/guardians the periodic feedbacks of learners’
progress prepared by the teacher.
