Abstract
This study was a quasi-experimental research, which aimed to investigate the
effectiveness of blended learning on students’ learning achievement in Child and Adolescent
Nursing II subject among nursing students of the Royal Thai Navy College of Nursing, academic
year 2019. Data were collected from 73 third year students of Royal Thai Navy College of
Nursing, using pre-and-posttest with 0.62 score of the KR-20, evaluation of learning summarization
through mind mapping with the scores of KR-20 between the evaluators were from 0.66
to 0.93, and a survey of the opinion of teaching management with the Cronbach’s alpha
coefficient validity was 0.93. The data were analyzed using t-test dependent and relative gain
score, which detailed the results below.
1 . The third year students had higher mean test score after applying blended
learning than previous test significantly with score.
2. The third year students had improved the score of mind mapping summarization
and group discussion for 16.3 percent.
3. The third year students had positive opinion toward the learning management
in the “excellent” level.
