DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ESTRELLA KATIGBAK BUCAYON, of legal age, married, Filipino, with postal
address at address at Brgy. Navotas Cardona Rizal, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That VICTORIA ROBLES KATIGBAK, who died intestate on OCTOBER 19,

1990 in LAMBAK, MABITAC LAGUNA, Photocopies of her Death Certificate is
herewith attached and marked as “Annex A” hereof;

2. That said deceased VICTORIA ROBLES KATIGBAK died intestate, without will or
testament and without any outstanding debts in favor of any person or entity;

3. That during her lifetime, she acquired a certain property which is more
particularly described herein-below registered in the Assessors Office of Mabitac
Laguna;

4. That pursuant to Section 1, Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court of the

Philippines and being with capacity to contract, I do hereby voluntarily
adjudicate unto myself the above-described property;

5. The party hereto being of legal age, and with full capacity to contract, and being the
exclusive heir of the aforesaid deceased, by these presents agree to donate the above-
mentioned property in favor of ARMANDO PASCO KATIGBAK married to
EVELYN S. KATIGBAK;

6. That for and in consideration of the love and affection which the DONEE
inspire in the DONOR, and as an act of liberality and generosity, the DONOR hereby
voluntarily and freely give, transfer, and convey, by way of donation, unto said
DONEE, his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, all of the right, title and
interest which said DONOR have in the above-described real property, free from all
liens, encumbrances and charges of the above-mentioned parcel of land;

 The DONOR further states, that this donation is not made with the purpose of
defrauding their creditors, having reserved to themselves property sufficient to answer for
any and all lawful debts.

The DONEE hereby RECEIVE and ACCEPT this gift and donation, made in his favor
by the DONOR, and they hereby express their appreciation and gratefulness for the
kindness and generosity of the DONOR.
