    REPORTING OF PUPILS’LEARNING OUTCOMES IN USING THE INSTRUCTIONAL


    MATERIALS DONE DURING THE LAC SESSION IN SEMESTRAL BREAK OF 2019

    To : All School Heads


    All Teachers

    1. This office requires all teachers to report the learning outcomes of pupils in using the
    instructional materials they had presented by grade level on October 21-24, 2019 at San
    Josef Elementary School.

    2. This will be done in order to determine which outputs are more effective and can be used as
    innovations to other schools.

    3. Here are the levels of learning outcomes that you can use in measurement and reporting.

    a. Knowledge/remembering
    i. Define, list, recognize
    b. Comprehension/understanding
    i. Characterize, describe, explain, identify, locate, recognize, sort;
    c. Application / analyzing
    i. Choose, demonstrate, implement, perform;
    d. Evaluation / evaluating
    i. Assess, critique, evaluate, rank, rate;
    e. Synthesis/creating
    i. Construct, design, formulate, organize, synthesize

    4. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is earnestly desired.
