MINUTES OF THE BARANGAY ASSEMBLY DAY OF TAUG, LILA, BOHOL, HELD AT TAUG
BASKETBALL COURT ON THE 21ST DAY OF March, 2021 at 2:30 in the afternoon.

1. Call to Order – The session was call to order at 2:30 in the afternoon with Hon. Candido J. Tagab,
presiding.
2. Invocation, National Anthem and Awit sa Bohol – It started right with an opening prayer which was
led by Hon. Janet T. Dalapo and Hon. Gloria P. Bodiongan
3. Roll Call and Declaration of Qurom – When the roll was called, the following members per purok are
presents;

Dra. Kring Jabonillo reported regarding the vaccination that will start this coming March 21, 2021 the
vaccine will be prior to our MHO, Bhert, and DRRM personnel. AstraZeneca / Senovac for 16 years old –
59 years old. With regards for phizer vaccine lisud kaayu ang storage sa atung nasud/ lungsod kay nag

For the AstraZeneca this vaccine is intended for Sr. Citizen frontliners/ health care, 0-3 months gap of 1-
2nd dose, the side effects may expected of the following: sakit sa abaga, trangkaso, hilanat, but 2-3 days
mawala ra ang maong gipang bati. Timailhan kini nga ni work ang bakona sa atung lawas. Aztrazeneca is
74% effective, before bakonahan mo undergo ug screening test and after mahatagan ug bakona mo
himodlay ug 30minutes para ma monitored kon aduna ba ay severe reactions pagkahuman na dawat ang
bakona.

Maam Djn Angelica E. Salarda also added nga karong panahon sa covid-19 nagpahinumdom sa atung
mga constituents to always wear clean mask at all times, hand hygiene, wash hand and disinfect of
alcohol at all times.
OPEN FORUM -
Mrs. Delma T. Lapac – How about sa General Population kanus-a man ang pag panghatag sa
bakuna?
Dra. Kring Jabonilla – answered nga nga for now ang atung priority is ang atung Bhert / Frontliners/ Sr.
Citizen, ug mga patients with comorbidity.
Virgilio Alolo- support sa donated vaccine nga gi donate sa atung lungsod kay dugay na kini nga
atung gi pa-abut para maka balik na kita sa atung normal life.

Ma’am DJhoane Angelica E. Salarda also added nga tungod sa kapit-us sa panahon kai aduna pa usab ai
laing barangay nga ilang adto-an poyde mo send kita ug mensahi sa RHU-Lila FB-Page sa atong mga
pangutana.

Presiding Officer moved to resume the barangay assembly day after the recognition and report of the
visitors.

Reading of the Message of Gen. Eduardo M. Ano (RET) the Secretary , Dept. of the Interior and Local
Government – by the Brgy. Secretary.

Soba:

- Accomplishment for the 2nd Semester of Calendar Year 2020

-Financial Report for 2nd Semester of Cy 2020
-Plans, Programs and Projects for CY 2020
- Planned Activities to contain the spread of COVID-19

Also informs the constituents about the following national laws , and issuances:

a. DILG Memorandum Circular (MC) 2020-172 dated 11th of December 2021 re: Fortifying the
Capacities of the Brgy. Health Response Teams (BHERTS) through the conduct of Online Webinar
Series
Talakayan and Awareness Raising Campaign under the Bhert-Friends

b. DILG MC No. 2020-128 dated 30 of September 2020 , which mandates the barangay for the Issuance
of Barangay Certification free of charge to the Qualified First Time Jobs Seekers pursuant to Republic
Act (RA) No. 11261, otherwise known as the First Time Jobs Seekers Assistance Act” and Its
Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

c. RA 9003 or Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000, which mandates the barangay on the
segregation and collection of solid wastes and the creation of Barangay Ecological Waste Management
Committee (BESWMC)
d. DILG Advisory dated September 25, 2019 Measures to control the Spread of African Swine Fever and
Advisory dated 20 November 2020 Strengthened Measure to mitigate the effects of African Swine Fever.

e. DILG MC No. 2020-047dated 27 February 2020 re: An update on the Functionality Indicators , Rules
and Responsibility and Monitoring Guidelines and Order of Barangay Peace and Order Committee
(BPOC) Thereby Amending DILG MC 2008-101 dated 17 June 2008.

AFTER SOBA Presiding Officer ask the Barangay Secretary to read the Executive Order Recalibrating
the Covid-19 protocols for the Municipality of Lila. E.O No. 17 S-2021

Recognition of Visitors

Hon. Atty. Arturo A. Piollo, II reported mahitungod sa bag-ong ambulansiya , speedboat, Patient
Transport Vehicle sa lungsud sa Lila sa tabang ni Congw Alexie Tutor. Tulo ka mga bag-ong sakyanan ,
duha para sa dagat ang na angkon sa atung lungsod sa Lila, aron kini makahatag ug serbisyo ug
kalowasan sa atung mga katawhan.Diin gibendisyonan imaging nilaaby Womens Celebration Month sa
Holy Rosary Parish Priest Fr. Warren Abarquez inubanan sa atung Sangguniang Bayan , ang maong
ambu, adunay basic life support equipment kini gidonar sa DOH ubos sa Health Facility Enhancement
Program (HFEP) naangkon tungod sa pagpaningkamot sa kanhi bise Mayor pa.
Ang bag-ong speedboat nga nagkantidad ug P1.2 M magamit batok sa illegal nga pagpanagat. Samtang
ang PTV tinabangay ug inabagay sa personal nga pondo ni Congw Tutor ug ni Mayor Piollo.

Secondly regarding sa Forest Baywalk Park. Sa kanunay ang halangdong Mayor manghinauton nga
magtinabangay kitang tanan ug dili ipatigbabaw ang garbo ilabina sa pag negotiate sa mga kayutaan nga
maagi-an niin. Dghan pang mga kinahanglanon para mahimo kini nga proyekto. Daghan pang mga
pagsuway nga atong labangun.Atong paningkamotan nga masullod kini nga proyekto sa pondo sa 2022
GAA National Budget.
