    SY 2020-2021

    Majority of the Parents’ responses were retrieved with positive feedback, an


    overall average of 0.4% poor, 21% satisfactory, 45% very satisfactory , and a 34% on an
    outstanding remark on all five (5) statements.

    The parents highly agree that the distributors were properly polite and helpful.

    The parents responded 99.63 % positively in general with the overall service
    received.

    Modular contents were generally manageable and understandable with few


    cases of errors. In terms of availability of the copy, it is evident that copies were highly
    aided by the school in any form of availability the parents and students can
    accommodate.

    It can therefore be concluded that the parents have significant positive feedback
    on the execution of modular learning in terms of the service and its provisions.
