“A RESOLUTION REQUESTING FROM THE HONORABLE SECRETARY OF DEPARTMENT OF

BUDGET AND MANAGEMENT, ATTY. WENDEL E. AVISADO, TO ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR
INFRASTRUCTURE AMOUNTING TO TEN MILLION PESOS (P10, 000, 000. 00) FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING AT BANGAS, HADJI PANGLIMA TAHIL, SULU
TO BE CHARGED AGAINST THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT SUPPORT FUND-FINANCIAL
ASSISTANCE 2021 (LGSF-FA 2021)”

WHEREAS, the Municipal Government of Hadji Panglima Tahil identified the Construction
of Multi-Purpose Building at Likud, Bangas, Hadji Panglima Tahil as necessary basic social services
for our constituents;

WHEREAS, Construction of Multi-Purpose Building at Likud, Bangas, Hadji Panglima Tahil,

when realized, will bring betterment and advancement of the basic services provided the municipal
government;

WHEREAS, in as much as the Municipal Government of Hadji Panglima Tahil, Sulu, is willing
to provide for these needs, it has no other way to fund the said program. Thus, it is constraint to
request that said funds be charged against the Local Government Support Fund- Financial
Assistance 2021 (LGSF-FA 2021);

NOW THEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, on unanimous motion by Hon. Dormi
S. Jiloh, Sangguniang Bayan Member Hadji Panglima Tahil, Sulu, and duly seconded, be it now:

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to request from the Honorable Secretary of

Department Budget And Management, Atty. Wendel E. Avisado, to allocate funds for infrastructure
amounting to Ten Million Pesos ( P10, 000, 000. 00) for the Construction of Multi-Purpose at
Bangas, Hadji Panglima Tahil to be charged against the Local Government Support Fund-Financial
Assistance 2021 (LGSF-FA 2021)”.

LET COPIES of this resolution be forwarded to the Honorable Secretary of Budget and
Management and such other concerned offices/ agencies, for their information and appropriate
action.
