Responsibilities:
• Inventory Management, Inventory Analysis, Verification of Physical Inventory on Daily basis
• Maintains and monitors stock and supplies inventory
• Logistics management, use associated information systems to coordinate in several departments
• Proper documentation, handling official documents in mannered form
• Processing of purchase bills of Goods & passing bills of expenses from various departments
• Typing correspondence, quotation or offers for the client
• Provides general information and responds to routine inquiries from costumers
• Entertains, accepts and assist customer’s queries
• Communicate to a wide range of people
• Perform other duties as may be assigned
• Ensure that the Company can provide all the customer’s orders
Responsibilities:
• Receives incoming calls, announces callers, takes messages and/or refers caller to appropriate sources
• Attending departmental meetings, developing minute meetings/preparing memos and distribute as
required
• Assists all levels of staff providing information and assisting whenever possible
• Assists in the development of forms and record-keeping systems
• Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date
• Using a multi-line telephone system answers and appropriately routes all incoming and outgoing calls to
the appropriate parties with courtesy
• Assisting the Supervision Team with receiving and handing-over of documents/submittals to and from
Clients
• Maintaining filing system updates, scanning and uploading documents into database, retrieving
requested documents for the departmental staff
• Handling all incoming and outgoing documents such emails and faxes
• Typing correspondence for the client
• Monitors petty cash and staff’s daily attendance
• Handles travel arrangement, booking etc
• Ordering and maintaining office supplies
• Maintaining of document control processes and procedures
• Managing of all flows of documents either in electronic form or on paper support
• General document control activities such as photocopying and scanning
• Ensuring the use of standardized forms and templates

Proficient in numerous software packages which has also enabled me to teach others the rudiments of these
applications. Fully conversant with all aspects of Microsoft Windows/Office, and Internet applications.
