• Maintain schedule, documentation and correspondence for the Facility


Administrator.
• Maintain filing system with confidential records in an organized manner for annual
audits.
• Monitor usage of and reconcile company credit cards.
• Code credit card transactions and ensure receipts and documents are uploaded
monthly.
• Prepare monthly billing packets for the client.
