unit.

FMI 5: The current is less than the normal


value or there is an open circuit.
Fault code conditions:
The voltage on pin 47 in the engine control unit ex-
ceeds 4.95 Volt.

Possible reason
● Short circuited signal cable to battery voltage or 5 V
voltage.
● Open circuit in signal cable.
● Fault in sensor.

Suitable action

Check cables between the sensor and engine control
unit.
