In compliance with the DepEd Order No. 011, s. 2020, the BATAC JUNIOR COLLEGE INC. is hereby submitting the
workweek plan for the period: September 6 – 10, 2021

Messenger group
chat and strictly
remind them of their
class schedules for
it will serve as their
sole time to discuss
and ask some
queries about their
lessons.

Form a specific
group for each class
and inform them
about the one on
one Video call to be
held once or twice a
week. Members will
change until all the
students had a one
on one Video call
with the subject
teacher. (If the
students cannot
attend the one on
one Video call, one
on one
messaging/call will
work)

Distribute the
modules and
activity sheets to
learners’ parents
and guardians while
following the proper
health protocols.

Update school
forms and
documents daily
(such as SF2).

Keep myself
updated about
important
announcement by
browsing the DepEd
Batac City facebook
page/ Workplace.

Attend to all the


queries and
necessary matters
pertaining to the
class’ lesson within
the said schedule
only
