Preliminary Activities (5 mins)
 Ensure that ODL and DMDL students received the invites
 Attendance Check (through Meet Attendance and assistance of class moderator)
 Pre Test (a Google Form will be provided
 Prior to the start of the new lesson, the teacher will ask a volunteer about the previous
lesson

Engage: (10 minutes)


 Presentation of MELCs and Objectives
 Then, the teacher will enumerate examples of reports and explain what report is and its
kinds as well as its comparison.
Explore: (15 minutes)
(Inquiry-based Instruction, Collaborative Learning/Differentiated Instruction)
 After presenting the topic/lesson, the teacher will divide the class into 5 groups
 Each group will be given one example of report and a link as to where they can input all
their answers. Guide question/s will be provided.
 In this activity, guide questions and rubrics will be provide. The students will explore the
structure of reports

Explain: (10 minutes)


 One representative from each group will be given 2 minutes to explain their work and
discuss what they have come up with.

Elaborate: (10 minutes)


 After the explanation of the students, the teacher will now elaborate the
parts/elements/structure of reports/
 Furthermore, this will also be the time where the teacher relates the lesson across other
fields and correct the misconception of the students

Evaluate: (10 minutes)


 Instructions for asynchronous session will also be mentioned
 After the discussion, a Post Test will be provided

VI. REMARKS  Not all DMDL students were able to attend the synchronous session due to personal
reasons such as poor internet connection, and scheduled power interruption
