"Worship is an essential part of our life of faith as Christians.

This August,
we invite you to a worship experiment that is designed to meet the needs of
our families with younger kiddos. Please join in this time of connecting with
God and one another for a shorter (35 min) midweek service. We will sing,
pray, offer our gifts to God and hear all about God's story and our story
together! Wednesdays at 6:30pm. Four weeks only! All ages welcome!

Bible Study Group - "We Make the Road by Walking"

Beginning on Tuesday, September 7th at 9am, there will be a weekly
gathering to engage with scripture using the book "We Make the
Road by Walking" by Brian D. McLaren. This will be a study that is
easy to "drop in" or participate every week, whatever works best for
you! The church has several copies available, reach out to claim one
today! $12 suggested donation/book. (The book will enrich your
experience, but it is not 100% necessary that you have your own
copy to attend).
Sunday School 2021-2022, Volunteers Needed!
After a non-traditional year and a transition in leadership,
Peace Sunday School needs you! We are seeking individu-
als (from teenagers to age 99!) who have a heart for the
youngest members and friends of our congregation. Alex
Sletten and Pastor Eliza are working together to organize
volunteers and content to ensure that we have an awe-
some Sunday ministry available for our kiddos! Can't com-
mit to every Sunday? No problem! Teachers, helpers, and
music leaders will be organized using a sign-up. Sign-up
once, or 10 times- whatever works for you. We hope to kick
-off our Sunday School year on September 26th.

fellowship following our Sunday Morning 9am
Worship for the month of August. There is a
sign up sheet on the kitchen counter or let the
office know which Sunday works for you and
we will put you down. Keep it simple and enjoy
the fellowship.

Let’s Build Kits of Care!
Our congregation is collecting items to assemble Personal Care, School,
and Baby Care Kits to donate to Project Promise, a project of Lutheran
World Relief. Our kits will go around the world, helping people in need
provide for their families. YOU CAN HELP! .
