2. Objectives

 Prepare a technology assets negotiations recognizing the main concepts of the

head of agreement document.

 Define the problem and propose solutions based on the studied contents.

 Recording a video presenting himself a PowerPoint presentation that includes the

problem definitions and some recommendations according to the business model

selected and the concepts studied in this unit, to solve the problem to negotiate
