Clientele/ Beneficiaries:

The benefeciaries of this program are the residents of Sagunsongan Area 6. Anyone who are in needs of essential goods are
welcomed on this program. For instance, they could just get any items or goods available in the pantry based on their needs.
The idea of this program is to help those people who are in need amidst this pandemic. Especially to those residents of
Sagunsongan who weren't able to recover financially since Marawi seige. The estimated number of beneficiaries would be in
total of 200 and must be a resident of Sagunsongan.

Estimated Number of Participants

The estimated number of participants in the program will be 100 in total. These participants should be willing to participate
and was willing to give donations upon registration for this program. Any donations such as canned goods, noodles, rice or any
other foods and used/new clothes will do. The winner of this 'run for a cost" program will receive a cash prize of 2,000.

II. Brief Description of the Program

The "Tara't Magkaisa para sa Sagunsongan: Run for a Cost Program" will only be conducted for one day. The

program will start in the morning, wherein the participants will start to race for a cost. But before that, they will need to
register the day before the program and they must donate any essential goods to be consider as a valid participant of this
program. The participants may not be a resident of Sagunsongan, as long as they could come on the day of the program and
was able to donate. Also, there is no limit for the amount of goods that they could donate. This is actually beneficial too for the
participants as it will promote and encourage them to live a healthy lifestyle as this program involes running. After the race, the
winner of the game will receive a cash prize of 2,000 pesos.

Afterwards, the donations that has been collected from the participants and other donators will be distributed to the residents
of Sagunsongan. This will be done in the afternoon together with the volunteers that are willing to help for the distribution and
accomplishment of this program. This program will be done for the purpose of collecting help and donations for the residents of
Sagunsongan. These residents can be visibly seen to have financial problems since the Marawi seige. This program is hopely
could help and give them hope to rise and live happily.

III. Personal Service

As my personal service, I will be the one who will make an initiative to make this program accomplished and be successful. I will
be the one who will provide the financial expenses for volunteers and participants. And I will be the one to find some
volunteers for this program though social media. I will also donate some essential goods for the beneficiaries.

The clients are the residents of Sagunsongan, aging 18 yeard old and above as long as active and able. The clients are those who
are willing to participate and donate to be able to register on the program.

This tool will be used to evaluate the partcipants eligibility in participating the program.

IX. Recommendation

I highly recommend this program to be pursued as this will greatly help the residents of Sagunsongan. Thus, it will also promote
unity and encourage others to be active on exercises and live a healthy lifestyle.
