delivered because of border restrictions in some places. Other

products are from the local farmers to help them gain profit amidst

The company’s name came from the famous game Genshin

Impact, where Paimon served as a guide to the traveller of
Monstad.

main branch) and 1 branch in California, USA. The first branch is

VI. Duties and Responsibilities

President

The duties and responsibilities of the president is to monitor

overall budgets and planning how the company will succeed in future. He/she
always make sure that their action is in line the plan created and ensure that
the company’s observance with their mission and vision.

VP for finance

The duties and responsibilities of the vice president for finance

is to analyse and create financial statements, forecasting and making sure that
the budget of the company for its purpose are used properly.

VP for Human Resource

The duties and responsibilities of the vice president for Human

Resource is in charge of hiring and managing staffs. The VP for Human
Resource also in charge of resolving problems relating to staffs issues, and
encouraging all employees to contribute to the organization at their full
potential.

VP for Marketing

The duties and responsibilities of the vice president for Marketing is in

charge of advertizing the business٫ and improve marketing campaigns as
needed. Use creative strategies to promote and build relationships with
media so that the potential and existing investors will still help the company.

Branch Manager

The duties and responsibilities of the Branch Managers are

responsible for hiring employees, marketing, building a connection with the
