job Accountabilities

 Handle the entire HR Process from Recruitment until exit process.


 Assist manager in conducting yearly performance reviews, reviewing / finalizing
recommendations of promotions & salary adjustments, resignation /termination, exit
documentation and exit interviews
 Timely completion of all visa/residency process to avoid penalties from the MoL/Immigration,
coordinate medical examination and monitor/follow up medical insurance cards for staff and
their dependents.
 Prepare and issue probation appraisals, warning and termination letters and any other letters
as advised by the HR Manager.
 Manage the leave management system for all staff and labor and ensure proper reports are
generated.
 Ensure the successful implementation of internal/external training and programmes and
career development programmes for employees.
 Accurate & timely updating of employee data in relevant ERP system in association with
payroll and finance departments and the maintenance of all employee records/personal files.
 Scrutinize and maintain the details of all payments /reimbursements related with travel,
school fee, loans, and gratuity on time from the department and petty cash details for
various expenses related with HR department.
 Manage the assigned team in the absence of HR Manager and ensure the completion of all
assigned tasks within the specified time frame.
