Apr 23 ACTIVITIES:
0530H He arrived at the Cavite Provincial Capitol and head to the
PPD office and wait for further instructions.

0730H They still wait for the instruction of Sir Andrade while sitting
on the main lobby of capitol.

0800H At 0730H they assist the shuttle buses of Capitol to their


respective parking lots.

0830H – 0930H He was assigned at the ground with OJT Earl John Sugatan
and Mr. Ryan Villanueva to prevent illegal parking and assist
the employees and visitors in their respective parking spaces.

1030H They continuously monitored the premises of the main


building of capitol and checked the parking spaces.

1130H - 1200H He took his lunch break and then head back after to his post.

Assist some visitors asking for directions and explain the


1330H – 1400H election ban also to the visitors asking for financial and
medicine assistance.

He placed the no parking signs and reserved parking signs to


1430H - 1530H the parking slots for the provincial administrator and attorneys.

They assist the shuttle buses leaving the capitol and then wait
1600H – 1700H for further instructions.

Continuously monitoring the AOR and they conduct final


1730H roving inspection and see if there are unusual conditions or
events around the CACODEC building.

They have been dismissed.


1800H
PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED/SOLUTION:
The problem he encountered that day was when he had a
headache due to weather conditions, his solution is he drank
plenty of water and take some paracetamol to relieve the pain.

REFLECTIONS:
He learned that day that if you are not feeling well you should
take some medicine and do not tolerate the pain.

0530H He arrived at the Cavite Provincial Capitol and head to the

0630H They still wait for the instruction of Sir Andrade while sitting

0730H - 0800H They assist the shuttle buses leaving the capitol and then wait
for further instructions.

0830H - 1030H He was assigned at the CACODEC (PCELEDO) Building with


Intern Earl John Sugatan and Mr. Pedro Illagan. They guard
the front door and assist the visitors heading to the ongoing
seminar inside the building.

1100H They continuously monitored the area and the situation is


peaceful, no arguments with the drivers and passengers
insisting to parked at the CACODEC.

1130H – 1200H He took his lunch break and then head back after to his post.

1330H – 1430H He assist some visitors asking for directions and asked the
people illegally parked at the CACODEC building to look for
another parking space because it is reserved for visitors and
employees of capitol.

1530H They conducted roving inspection in the AOR of main


building of capitol to check if there are some unusual events
happening.
1630H – 1730H
Continuously monitoring the AOR and they conduct final
roving inspection and see if there are unusual conditions or
events around the CACODEC building.
1800H
They have been dismissed.

PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED/SOLUTION:
The problem he encountered that day is when there are some
visitors asking for the 25 kilos of rice for burial assistance,
their solution is they told him that it is election ban.

REFLECTIONS:
He learned that day that he should know how to handle some
rude visitors.

Reference: Daily report from April 23 – 24, 2019.

On their eleventh week as interns at the Cavite Provincial Capitol he was assigned at the
main building of capitol and assist some visitors and guests arriving at the capitol grounds, he
encountered some problems because of headache due to changing weather conditions and intense
heat of the sun, he just drank plenty of water and then take some medicine to relieve the pain.
They were also assigned at the CACODEC building to guard the front door and assist some
visitors heading at the seminar “Entrepreneurial Skill part 2” held at the CACODEC building. He
was with intern OJT Earl John Sugatan and Mr. Pedro Illagan. There are not much of a problem
happened during their duty.
