T.R.:
1. Visual inspection of weld seams to be done as per HW0620099, Classification group
CS/CK.
2. Non Destructive Examination of welds seams as per HW 0850199, part-10.
3. All weld joints to be coated with steam washable paint.
4. Misalignment of pipe centerline not to exceed 5 mm.
5. Stiffening pipe item no 2 & 4 include 50 mm extra length for site adjustment.
6. Site erection of dome internal stiffening & L.P. Heater supports assembly should be
done simultaneously.
7. Stiffening pipes item no 12 to 20 include 20 mm extra length for site adjustment. Edge
preparation at their plain end is to be made at site as per detail-IV.
8. E denotes erection welding.
