ACTIVITY DESIGN

I. TITLE: ROMEO AND JULIET: A Masquerade Ball

II. RATIONALE:
Mati School of Arts and Trades will present a play about
Romeo and Juliet: A Masquerade BALL for all grade 9 students in
collaboration with English Club. The play is the final output as the
learners demonstrate and competently performs the full-length
play through applying effective verbal and non-verbal strategies.
The learners also demonstrate communicative competence through
his understanding of literature and other texts types for a deeper
appreciation of Philippine culture and those of other countries. It
also allows the learners enjoy safety in an environment and they
can be all by themselves having a good time while still behaving
appropriately.

III. OBJECTIVES:

1. Perform a full-length play

2. Develop social skills, and

3. Deliver proper etiquette in dealing with other people.
