I. Title:
3rd District Special Education Fun Day

II. Rationale:
The Department of Education’s primary goal is to strengthen
the special education program of the schools, which is supported
by several DepEd Order such as D.O. no 72, s. 2009 on the
Inclusive Education on strategy for increasing participation rate of
children and D.O. no. 44 s. 2021on the Policy Guidelines on the
provision of educational programs and services for learners with
disabilities in the K to 12 Basic Education Program.
Special Education Fun Day is one way of showcasing
different talents and skills of our Learners with Difficulties.
III. Objectives of the Project:
a. To showcase the talents and skills of our LWDs;
b. To create a rapport among our stakeholders to fully support the
SPED Program.

IV. Expected Output:

1. Showcased talents and skills of our LWDs;
2. Created a rapport among the stakeholders to fully support the
SPED Program.

VIII. Monitoring and Evaluation Method:

Monitoring and Evaluation of the orientation shall be done by each

School Head in the different respective schools during the school
year 2022-2023.
