borrower. So along with the above said closing costs review, we will also review the primary
borrower information through uniform Residential Loan Application (1003) and other
supportive documents. While reviewing we will condition for scenarios such as missing Fee,

purchase agreement will be update buyers and sellers agent in encompass .Final Closing
disclosure document will be sent to borrower in easy way.
