guide questions below.

Guide Questions:
1. Is there something or someone that has been bothering or disturbing
you for the past few days/months? How does it affect you as a
person?

COVID-19's impact on my relatives has been bothering me for the past two months. I
have received a news that at least five of my family had died with COVID. It has an
impact on me as a person since I often overthink things, such as what if I could have
covid? What about my future prospects? Will I be able to live if I have covid? These
are the kinds of questions that run through my mind, yet I know that these viruses will
eventually die out.
2. Are you taking care of yourself physically and emotionally?

Yes, I am. If I don't take care of my bodies and minds, I won't be able to take care of
my emotions. I won't be able to accommodate myself because I can't guarantee that I’ll
be okay. Also, I am unable to give a definitive answer to how I feel on a daily basis.
However, if I do things the proper way, such as taking care of my bodily and emotional
needs. Being more practical and self-reliant will be the best thing that can happen in my
life.
3. Are you achieving the goals that you have set for yourself?

Yes, because I know that I am because a diligent and hardworking person. If I want to
attain my objectives, I must be committed and hardworking in order to complete my
tasks and achieve my objectives.
4. Do you let matters that are out of your control stress you out?
Sometimes yes sometimes no. Yes, because of the emotions. No, because I don't want
to worry about such issues in order to stay up; instead, I fight and stand up. Don't allow
stress rule me.
