1. Job Preparation

slipped, the driller will reverse the line from the
draworks drum and cut, while reversing slowly

 Ensure proper lock-out tag out system
 Avoid Slip Trip and fall.
 Follow all instructions from task leader.
 In case of doubt refer to the task leader.
 In case any thing feels unsafe stop the work and inform the task leader immediately, in such case the task
leader must analyses the situation and if safe the work proceeds and also clear the doubt of the observer.
 In case of any change in sequence of work or any condition / parameters the task leader must call new
safety meeting and define new plan and individual roles and hazards associated with new plan.
 Maintain good communication.
 Keep clear and define all escape routes and all workers know the routes.
 Use proper Tools and PPEs
 Apply “take five” if you noted something wrong.

Recovery In case of any human injury, the victim shall be shifted from rig floor to clinic through man basket, spinal board, tagline and crane or air winch...
