ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the self-confidence and speaking skills of
Amadeo National High School Grade 11 students in learning the English language and
also identifies the factors that affect it. The researcher used descriptive research design
for this study. The study identified that teachers and classmates are the main factors that
affects the English learning experience of the student. The study recommends having a
more comprehensive intervention program for Amadeo National High School that will
