How do you define fitness in your own words?
ANSWER:
For me fitness plays a very special role in our life for us to live in a healthy life we must
be fit not only physically but also in other aspects which are to be fit mentally, socially,
and emotionally. By these, we can do things and make decisions easily, we can think
faster and sharper, we can be flexible and solve problems in time , and also we can
involve ourselves into sports and in any activities freely . By doing regular physical
activities and exercises we can maintain the fitness of our body and the other aspects.
A person who is physically and mentally fit is capable of living his/her life to its fullest.
