1 Clean the universal joint.

2 Mark the position of the flange yoke.
3 Remove the lock rings.
4 Press the bearing.

5 Remove the bearing.
6 Turn the propeller shaft 180 degrees.
7 Press the bearing.

8 Remove the bearing.
9 Remove the flange yoke.
10 Press the bearing.

11 Remove the bearing.
12 Turn the flange 180 degrees.
13 Press the bearing.

15 Remove the universal joint.
16 Place the universal joint.
17 Place the bearings.
18 Press the bearings enough to install the lock rings.

19 Install the lock rings.
Note

Use new lock rings.

20 Check the movement of the universal joint.
21 Place flange yoke.
22 Place the bearings.
23 Press the bearings enough to install the lock rings.

24 Install the lock rings.

Use new lock rings.

25 Check the movement of the universal joint.
26 Lubricate the universal joint.

Use only recommended grease.
