Warm-up Resources/Materials Time
Introduce the topic (A Healthy Care Routine) by bringing a Presentation about A 10 mins
presentation and a video in which you show your healthy physical care Healthy Care Routine,

Then, you are going to show them a material about A Healthy Care
Routine (sheet #1) using power point, so that they practice the
vocabulary by matching.
Ask students to match the expression for each healthy physical care
routine with the respective image.
Ask some students “what is the healthiest care routine you see in the
presentation.”
Closure 30 mins
Ask students to explain their work, and why their healthy
physical care routine is the best choice.
Correct any mistake related to grammar or pronunciation.
ASSESSMENT:
Evaluate students with a questionnaire (sheet #2), asking them to classify certain physical care routines as healthy or
unhealthy.
