bring and introduce the classic carabao milk to the new generation. To promote a

We choose to start our business in this area because it is near to the farm where we
collect our product which is carabao fresh milk. It is also nearby city, easy to access
for customer. The location also have a good community that supports the business.
We are much familiar to the people around.
No competitors in the area.

market a ice cold refreshing drink and sorbetes. It is also our storage facility for our bulky
number of items to prolong the product even more and before we sell them we make sure it is
cold.

Our products make us successful it is unique to sell carabao fresh milk nowadays.
People always try new things.
Our human resource also make us successful. We know each other for years and
teamwork and communication make us reach our goals
We offer free delivery that makes us better to our competitors

b. Weaknesses
Our weakness stems from being underdog in a cold beverage industry with
formidable players that have tremendous influence in the industry.
We need to improve our strategy on attracting people to try our products.
We post our products and deliver it door to door to become more convenient to
the customer.
We have the inventory of the sales and expenses to monitor our finances.

c. Opportunities
Cold beverages are in trend right now. Instead of the known warm carabao milk
from the past we made it ice cold and pack it in a plastic bottle for easy to drink
conviniently anywhere and anytime.
We use the latest technology in milk processing for faster production.
Research says that people nowadays are more health concious so we flagship
our product as a healthy and nutritious drink and it starts meet our goals.

d. Threats
We do not have a competitor when it comes to dairy products in our area but
many in terms of cold beverages like the milk tea shop. But people are aware
that our products is much differ to milk tea and such like products.
We utilize the internet so much in selling our products we are open for
feedbacks and critisism those help us to further improve our products and
services.
We personally know our staffs they are close friends of ours or relatives so we
are confident that there are no possible threats in our human resource.
