AUTHORIZATION FOR USE AND OCCUPANCY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, EVELYN BAROT BELLEZA and LOURDES BAROT COLUMBRES, both of

legal age, Filipinos, married and with residence and post-office address at Bernardo
Village, Mayondon, Los Baños, Laguna, Philippines, hereby grant permission for
NICOLAS B. MALERO, JR. to use our property located at Pancil, Obogon, Tanjay City,
Negros Oriental for the RAISING OF LIVESTOCK and ORNAMENTAL PLANTS as of
October 10, 2020.

The permission to use the said property grants NICOLAS B. MALERO, JR. the sole
and exclusive authority to surround the property with fences, cut unnecessary and non-
yielding plants and trees, built light structures necessary for the raising of livestock and
ornamental plants, and to prevent any unauthorized person from entering the property
premises.
