Job Description:
A well reputed FMCG(Foods) Company based at Karachi, requires “Area Sales Manager (Lahore)”
having good knowledge of Sales & Distribution Management.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for effectively leading, controlling, monitoring and managing the field force.
• To keeps a close follow-up with Zonal Sales Managers to ensure the sales targets are achieved
on the regional basis.
• The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring active participation in all planning meetings.
Accepts sales targets on their merit and distributes the same logically and realistically between
the regional & districts with the mutual understanding of his managers.
• Responsible to monitor market trends in the region and provide inputs for creation of overall
sales plan in order to increase company market share and sales growth.
• The incumbent has to recommend recognition and reward programs for the field force to
ensure optimal motivational level and also a sense of fair competition among the teams.
• Ensures that all deadlines set by the management are met on time.
