My name is Honeycel Oliveros, I work in the Alorica Teleservices at Cyber Park 2 Cubao, Quezon City. My position
is Senior Customer Service Representative. Since, this is my first time working and I’m on night shift, my experience
have been mixed. There are times when you’re sleepy and tired due to the travel, and there’s traffic, which will test
your patience because even if you travel early you’ll always be late. However, some of my experiences have been
good because I’ve met a lot of new friends, I’ve provided for all of my family’s needs, and I’ve continued to work
and earn money despite there’s pandemic. As a senior expert I’m the one who teaches or give support to new
employees and I’m also the one who take phone call for our customer outside Philippines. Also, when a supervisor
calls come in, I’m the one who handles it. Actually, I’m working on improving my people-handling skills. The
challenging assignment that was assigned to me in the past was the first time I had to take a supervisor call as a part
of a project. And the aspect of work that I enjoy the most are socializing with my co-workers and talking to my
customer. I’m satisfied with my job right now since I’m making a lot of money for myself and my family, however
my weaknesses are that I’m short tempered and lazy. Contributing to my work is something I’d like to do. Making
our customers happy is the most important thing to us because if you make then happy, they will give you a rate or
survey that you deserve, and this will result in a lot of profit for our firm.
