DAY 10
OBSERVATION AND INSIGHT
Work Immersion in the Ifugao Village Integrated School is challenging, I don’t know the
things that I must participate with, in my mind I have curiosity for what task to di in the school.
But on our very first day, we are all excited on what work may assigned unto us. I observe that
the work of the teachers are not just easy, Isaw others focus on the paper work, beautifying the
sorroundings, they can do all the things that is for the improvement of the learners and the
school. With this routine of the teachers, I feel the hardship in their eyes at the end of the day.
Regarding us, work immersant, I can say that if we work in group doing the task given by the
teachers, we can finish it easily, unlike the individual performance that can do least thing in a
minute. I observe also that every teacher has their own behaviour, has tier own strategies in
focusing in their work.

OVER ALL REFLECTION AND SELF APPRAISAL

As a work immersion trainee, I experienced many things on how to handle situations
that is not your every day routine. Maybe at first experience, the work may be hard for me to
accomplished but when I focus and ask some guidance I can do it. But the things that I learned in
this work immersion is that, when we work in group we accomplished many things at the same
time. Even I saw some of my groups mates will not work well but as the influence of others, this
may corrected in a group. This opportunity has a good impact for me as a student for it push me
to work harder, it helps me to discover more things that is questionable to me. It helps me also to
find myself as a person and as a student to focus on my study.
