This ITP is to be read in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. YES NO N/A

2. Quality of the material used as backfill is acceptable according to project
specifications.
3. Area where the filling will be is clean, with no plastic, papers, wood or any
other organic material.
4. Original soil compacted to project standards.

5. Backfilled with imported granular fill material in 300mm layers compacted to

95% std compaction. ASTM test certificates
attached

6. The compaction equipment was used properly according to material and

layer thickness.
