I have a large family with five people. I have two sisters and one brother. My
sister is older, and my brother is smaller than me. My mother is a farmer. This is
also my parents' main occupation. My father is a wonderful man, he is quite tall,
handsome and quite friendly. My mother is a pretty gentle person, loyal and always
worried about my family. Mom's special feature is that she cooks very well. For
me, everyone in the family is great
2
To describe my personality, I can say that I am a hard worker and have
gained many skills over the years. My teachers and friends also say that I am a
creative individual. Besides, people say that I am very active and energetic, so they
love me very much. As for my weakness, maybe I believe when standing in front of
a crowd or do not know how to create many social relationships. As for my
professional level is not good, my computer skills are limited, and my foreign
language ability is still weak. In the future, I will try to improve my weaknesses
and improve my computer skills to develop myself better.

One of the ways to boost morale and motivate employees cannot be ignored
is to build responsibility for employees. Let them see their role in the work. If they
don't, how will it affect everyone? Only then will the employees have a sense of
self-discipline and responsibility in their work.
The last but not the least solution is to create a strong bond within a
company. Generally, unity is regarded as an extremely important factor if people
want to achieve something. Furthermore, people seem to work harder and do better
in a peaceful working atmosphere, and there is no argument between staff or the
employer.
